TAPAWERA ACCOMMODATION

Located 52 kilometres from Nelson on State Highway 6, can accommodate 600 people including 70 powered sites, 200 non-powered sites, plus 4 cabins and 3  caravans.

There are 400 spaces available for Certified Self Contained motorhomes and caravans  at Tapawera Area School at a cost of $11 per van per night. Booking is essential. Pets allowed but must be on a lead at all times.

8 motel units comprising 5 units with queen size beds, 2 units with 2 king single beds in each and one family unit. The hotel consists of a restaurant, bar, bottle store and cafe. Bookings essential. Phone 03 522 44148.

Family run traditional camping ground with powered sites, basic cabins and motels. Can accommodate 30 people indoors and 100 people in powered and non-powered sites.
